3. In what ways was Stalin's regime a totalitarian government? Stalin controlled all aspects of his peoples lives. He had complete control over everything they did. He was the only one that had a say in government, And if anybody questioned his choices the they would be killed

4. What are the main elements of fascism, and how were they expressed in Germany and Italy? Fascists believed in the totalitarian government with a strong leader. Two main groups were lead under Hitler and Mussolini. They were Nationalists and would do anything for their country
